Object matching

Select Match objects on a map to connect Mapper objects to logistics Places.

Asset Types

Define what information each kind of asset needs, such as service dates for extinguishers or contents for cages.

Fields

Asset Groups

Group assets for operational use: bars, faction areas, medical, site crew, stores, or vehicle pools.

Sites

Define top-level sites such as Weston Park, Paccar, and Stores.

Places

Places are where assets are stored, delivered, used, or where work happens.

Assets

Register stock, equipment, vehicles, kits, containers, and anything that can move around the event.

Issues

Use issues for live problems, changes, and reactive work during the event.

Projects

Create one project for each event, warehouse reset, or major logistics job.

Tasks

Tasks are the plan. Completing a task can move its linked assets to the task destination.

Kanban

Person-focused task board for the selected project.

Schedule

Timeline view for planned tasks, milestones, assignees, places, and linked assets.

Live View

Current operational picture: active work, open issues, stock counts, movement history, and the moving now line.

People

Add the people who can be assigned work or issues.

Archive

Archived records are hidden from day-to-day planning but can be restored here.

Teams

Create teams for shared responsibility across tasks and issues.

System

Schema readiness and native module health. Logistics runs independently with open access; accounts and section permissions will be added later.
